The Heart of America Chapter for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy encourages the delivery of quality health care to all people and promotes the development of effective patient relations programs in health care institutions. HACHCA strives to promote the importance of customer and patient relations in the health care setting.

Active Member — $35
An active member is employed by a health care provider or health-related organization to provide advocacy for patients and consumers of health care services. Voting privileges are assigned.

Associate Member — $15
An associate member functions as a consultant in the field of health care advocacy, is interested in furthering the goals of health care consumer advocacy and is retired from the field or is a nonsalaried employee for a consumer advocacy program within a health care institution with the primary responsibility of providing advocacy for patients and consumers of health care services.
